Palo Verde Ave, Parcel #205141390 two structures on parcel Coolidge, Az. The scope of work for the project includes all items identified: - Remove all structure(s) to slab, if the structure has wooden floors remove stem wall. - Remove accessory structure(s) to slab, if the structure has wooden floors remove stem wall. - Remove all trash, litter, debris, and weeds on the parcel. - Remove all trees and shrubs to grade level and grade entire lot. - Remove fences not shared with adjacent property owners, accessory structures and unused electrical Services and equipment poles. - Properly abate swimming pool. - Secure all broken windows and doors. - Application of weed control. - Trim trees to avoid any and all power lines |
