Mountain Island Lake Parking Lot Project Phase 1

This project will be located on property owned by the City of Mount Holly located off of route 273 and Mountain Island Road. The partially cleared site should be graded to promote sheet flow drainage across the area. Relocation of the existing gate facility will be included. An asphalt access road, 2 handicap spaces, and 3 city parking spaces shall be constructed adjacent to the proposed parking lot. The parking lot will consist of compacted gravel access and parking spaces. The parking spaces will need to be delineated by concrete wheel stops. Phase 1 completion will consist of a total of 83 parking spaces, a split rail fence, and a dumpster pad. In accordance with the attached Mountain Island Lake Parking Lot Project Phase 1 plans and specifications dated January 3, 2022 sheets 1-7.
