Demolition and Removal of all Structures

Description of Contract: Demolition and removal of all structures for the premises known as: 1011 W Van Trees Street, Washington, IN 47501 The Legal Description of the unsafe premises is: WCW Lot 45 28-36-7 Washington, IN. Parcel Number 14-10-28-404-064.000-017. Zoned R-3 Residential Multi-Family. Contractual Terms: All demolition must meet specifications of the City of Washington. Contractors must submit a non-collusion affidavit with bid. The successful contractor will be responsible for following all IDEM rules regarding material handling and disposal. Contractor must have a current certificate of insurance on file at the office of the Building Commissioner. Cancellation or Rejection: If determined to be in the best interest of the City of Washington, a bid may be cancelled or offers may be rejected in whole or in part. If cancelled or rejected, the reasons therefore shall be made a part of the contract file. Bidders: The City of Washington shall maintain the name of each bidder and the amount of each bid for public inspection as required by I.C.5-22-7-9.
