Description

Administration Building #1 is a 30,775 sq. ft. building built in 1964. It has been determined that its current cooling tower is beyond reasonable repair and requires replacement. The new cooling tower shall be model Evapco, or equivalent, induced down draft counter flow cooling tower capable of cooling an estimate of 540 GPM of water from 95.0° F to 85.0° F / at 78.0° F entering wet bulb temperature. It is the responsibility of the awarded vendor to size the cooling tower to the existing building conditions.
