Description

The Project consists of excavating material from the Cook Canyon drainage channel, constructing a deflection berm in the indicated areas to prevent runout of potential debris flows, and minor excavation and grading in the existing debris basin area at the mouth of the canyon. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. No Bid Security will be required Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
