Apartment renovation & common area carpeting. Apartment types A & C require the existing main water supply, drain, and air ventilation lines serving the kitchen area, to be relocated per new layout. Apartment millwork renovations include the replacement and installation of all new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, laminate countertops, and interior doors and trim in all twenty-four apartments. Kitchen plumbing renovations require disconnecting and removing the existing kitchen sink, faucet, and garbage disposal. These will be replaced and new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal will be installed in all twenty-four apartments. All necessary pipe and fittings will be installed to the existing drainpipes during installation. The bathroom plumbing renovations require replacement and installation of new sinks and faucets, and all necessary piping. The existing tub and shower units in the bathroom will be removed and replaced with new shower units. This includes the installation of new shower fixtures and drains, and grab bars, and piping and fitting. All plumbing installation will be provided by a licensed plumber and properly permitted. New vinyl tile is to be installed in the kitchen, entry, closet, pantry, and bathroom. Old carpeting is to be replaced, and new carpeting is to be installed living room and bedroom(s) of each apartment. Each apartment will receive new bedroom and living room ceiling fans and lights. Kitchen bathroom, and dining room obsolete lighting fixtures will be replaced and installed with new efficient light fixtures and under cabinet LED lighting, and new electrical receptacles in the kitchen. All the electrical installation will be provided by a licensed electrical contractor. Select demolition of minor interior walls will be required
