Indianapolis Public Schools #106 Vertical Unit Ventilators (VUVs), Equipment Purchase and Delivery

Indianapolis Public Schools (Owner) is soliciting bids from vendors to provide VUVs to be installed by the Owners contractor. Quote shall include delivery of VUVs to a local Indianapolis address that is to be determined. Bids shall include factory start-up after installation. Quote must be received by the due date and time. Late quotations will not be accepted and rejected. The date and time stamp will determine timeliness of a quotation submission. Indianapolis Public Schools operates on Eastern Daylight Savings Time (EST). Award: It is the intent of Indianapolis Public Schools to award this contract to the overall lowest responsible and responsive respondent meeting IPS specifications. Respondents must submit pricing for all items to be considered for award. Failure to submit pricing for all items will result in rejecting the bids as nonresponsive. Delivery date for each VUV. Product warranty. Product data submittal for each vertical unit ventilator. Required bid documents per the Respondent Checklist. Attached as Appendix A.
