| Description | Permanent Corrugated Metal Forms for Bridge Slabs specified herein shall be of galvanized Steel construction and shall conform to the current Standard Specification (dated January 2022) for Permanent Corrugated Metal Forms for Bridge Slabs as required by the New York State Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications, Construction, and Materials, dated January 1, 2022. Section 736-01, Permanent Corrugated Metal Forms For Bridge Slabs. Steel Bridge Beams are completely galvanized with Shear Studs attached and will be installed by Washington County prior to Metal Form Installation. Form Installation shall conform to the current Standard Specification (dated January 2022) for Permanent Corrugated Metal Forms for Superstructure Slabs as required by the New York State Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications, Construction, and Materials, dated January 1, 2022. Section 557-3.03, Permanent Corrugated Metal Forms For Superstructure Slabs. Installation will be observed by Washington County Engineers and Workforce. |
