| Description | 1. Remove and replace existing the Dutch Oven inside of the boiler, approximately 8'x6'x9" thick. 2. Form and install Noxcast 32 High Aluminum Refractory Castable with stainless steel fibers. 3. Remove and replace the refractory on both side walls and front wall above the manway door to make the 3 'x-3' opening to the arch, form and install Noxcast 32 High Aluminum Refractory Castable with stainless steel fibers. 4. Remove and replace the reflactory on the lower front wall and amund the manway opening approx. 3'x6'x9" thick using Noxram 70 plastic refractory anchored in place with stainless steel c-clips with refractory brick anchors backed up with 1900 degree block insulation against the front wall plate. |
