| Description | The City of Dunbar will be accepting bids for the milling and paving of Caldwell Lane. The project will begin at the intersection of Roxalana Rd. and Caldwell Ln. and continue south on Caldwell for approximately 850 feet. The original road is concrete and has since been covered in two or three layers of asphalt. Milling will require at minimum, the removal of at least one layer of asphalt and possibly two depending on the condition of the underlying layers. Road width (driving surface) is 23' with approximately 6" gutters on each side The road flares to sixty (60) feet approximately 20' from the intersection with Roxalana Rd.
