| Description | Boyden Carpet Summer Project 2023 - The Contractor shall provide all necessary elements including labor at the prevailing wage rates, equipment, materials, and tools. There are 7 separate jobs that include 12 separate rooms. Demo of existing flooring to be done by Contractor if abatement is not needed. Contractor is responsible for all clean-up of jobsite. Dumpster to be provided by Contractor and can be parked in the "Bus drop off zone" next to Boyden. Location: Boyden Physical Education Building. 131Commonwealth Ave, Amherst, Ma 01003. Estimate: $80,000 There will be no pre-bid meeting COMMENCMENT AND COMPLETION OF WORK o Timeframe for work is May 30 th - Aug 18th 2023. o Jobs to be completed by August 18th , 2023. No questions from Bidders will be accepted within 5 days of Bid opening date. |
