Eliminate faux tile wainscoting, sheetrock over crumbling plaster walls on three sides Fix trim on old doorway that was infilled into a window Caulk trim Paint ceiling, walls, trim including built in cabinets Living Room: Install customer acquired vinyl plank flooring contiguous with foyer Patch holes in walls Install shoe molding Caulk trim Paint ceiling, walls, trim Foyer/Stairway: Install customer acquired vinyl plank flooring contiguous with living room Install new stair treads where treads are broken Fix gaps in drywall near trim, Install new drywall over existing plaster ceiling, Install thin drywall over all currently blue walls (foyer and up stairway), Install shoe molding, Caulk trim, Paint ceiling, walls, trim, bedroom door, stair treads Bedroom #1: Patch holes in walls, Mud and tape old doorway (started but never finished), Install matching floor/shoe molding at old doorway, Caulk trim, Paint ceiling, walls, trim, doors Bedroom #4: Install customer acquired vinyl plank flooring, Install shoe molding, Install new drywall over existing plaster ceiling including closet, Patch holes in walls including closet, Caulk trim including closet, Paint ceiling, walls, trim, doors, including closet, Paint shelving in closet Bedroom #2: Patch holes in walls/trim, Fix cracks in mud/tape, Caulk trim, Paint ceiling, walls, trim, door Bedroom #3: Install customer acquired vinyl plank flooring including closet, Fix cracks/tape marks in mud/tape, Patch holes in walls, Caulk trim, Paint ceiling, walls, trim, door, Hallway: Fix cracks in mud/tape, Patch holes in walls, Caulk trim, Paint ceiling, walls, trim, doors, Paint with high quality interior paint– ceilings flat white, walls neutral, and trim semi gloss white.
