Technical Services Complex Addition - City of Ames

This project will add additional square footage to the Technical Services Complex (TSC). The addition will include: a new conference room space; new restrooms and kitchenette, garage/storage space for the Laboratory Services and Water Meter Divisions; and an elevator. It will also include a renovation of the TSC building to include: converting the old small conference room into an office and storage closet; converting the old kitchenette into a first aid/lactation room; replacing damaged and stained ceiling tiles in the laboratory; replacing the existing HVAC systems, and a general refresh of flooring and wall coverings throughout the building. The project is included in the city's 2022-2027 capital improvement plan (CIP).
