| Description | The Bureau of Design and Construction is requesting a written quote from a Licensed Asbestos Consultant to perform asbestos and lead based paint survey services for the Silver Springs State Park Wild Waters Complex Demolition Project. The park address is 1425 NE 58th Avenue, Ocala FL 34470. The base scope of work includes an asbestos and lead based paint survey for all of the Wild Waters Complex structures and facilities. All materials that are suspected to contain asbestos and/or lead based paint must be inspected and tested. Assume all materials will be recycled. If any materials are not suspected to contain asbestos or lead, based on your professional opinion, they are not required to be tested, and this must be included in the report. Prior to bidding, the contractor shall be responsible for field verifying existing conditions as required to successfully complete the surveys. Work shall be performed per construction industry standard methods and guidelines. | ||
