Description

Provide material and labor cost to replace rooftop units as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Mechanical contractor shall provide a separate price for the replacement of each unit on the bid form. In addition, there are two alternates. Alternate #1: Provide the material and labor cost to remove all roof mounted gas piping supports. Replace with specified roof mounted pipe support. Alternate #2: Provide the material and labor cost to prepare gas pipe and paint the gas piping system with specified paint on the roof.
