Description | The general scope involves demolition and reconstruction of (4) tennis courts approximately 24,480 square feet, Demolition of existing parking area, curb and gutter, Constructing (2) new tennis courts approximately 12,960 square feet, permitting, grading, rebuild/refurbish stone base of existing tennis courts and build up new stone base on new tennis courts to meet industry standards along with any engineering criteria, mill existing surface to reuse to help build up base if existing material can be used, removal, replacement and relocation of storm sewer pipe, precast box and grate, install new curb and gutter and sidewalks, asphalt paving of tennis courts, asphalt patch at parking lot where new courts are being installed and over relocated storm sewer pipe, parking lot striping, acrylic surfacing system for playing surfaces, fencing, gates, net poles, nets, wind screens, backboard and all incidental work relating to the project in order to provide a complete and fully functional operating system.Contractor is responsible for scope and to verify all dimensions and sizes on site. Existing light poles and lights are to remain. |
