The scope of work, without limiting the generality thereof, includes providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide painters on an as needed basis for the following contract years. Atlantic Hall building suites are: Standard suite = 2,800 sf wall surface with 8' high throughout (Accessible Suite = 2,880 sf). Work must commence soon after contract execution and until mid-August 2023 while the building is not occupied. Resident students moving in is anticipated as early as August 19, 2023. Any portion of the building unfinished work can be completed between the middle of December and school winter section in middle of January 2024. Contractors are encouraged to provide a project timeline to completion.
