Landscape and Irrigation System Maintenance Services for Pensacola International Airport - Terminal Area and Rental Car Service Facility

The areas to be serviced under this contract shall include the turf and landscaping around the main terminal building, all public and employee parking facilities, the rental car service facility, terminal building roadway system, and along Airport owned 12th Avenue/Tippin Avenue roadway system and all pavement, curbing and sidewalks within the service area. 1. The areas inside and around the main parking facility, including the first level of the garage and breezeway; 2. The areas around the main entrance/exit on Airport Blvd.; 3. Col. J. McHenry Jones Blvd. on both sides including inside and outside the Economy Lot 1; 4. Francis Taylor Blvd, north side of street everything public side of Fuel Farm Fence 5. College Blvd., entrance/exit, including the median and the north side of road between the sidewalk and the street; 6. All public areas bounded by the Airport’s security perimeter on the south and north sides and by 12th Avenue, Helicopter Hangar South and the terminal building/air carrier apron/ “old” TRACON building on the west and east sides; 7. The sidewalk and curbing to the tree line along 12th Ave. from College Blvd. to the entrance road to Roger Scott Athletic Complex; 8. The areas on both sides of the “loop road” including the taxi queue area, the north parking lot next to the entrance of the Rental Car Service Facility, and the Air Cargo Building; 9. An 8-ft section from curbing surrounding the Hyatt Hotel (Sandspur lease) perimeter area; 10. Rental Car Service Facility landscaped area including area along perimeter fence and inside service facility fences and holding ponds; 11. “Tippin Field” area along Tippin, west of Rental Car Service Facility all along fence line 12. Economy lot 2 includes all landscaped areas between College Blvd. and Frances Taylor Blvd, Tippin Avenue and Loop Road/Taxi Queue, the turn lane triangle island on Frances Taylor/Tippin, the holding pond northeast of parking lot, and the perimeter of the parking lot and pond; 13. Landscaped area under the cover walkway from parking garage to College Blvd.
