Oaks Tile Repair

Tile repair Perry TWP /SEC 36, 10924 Martin Creek Xing (See map for location) replace the broken tile with new HDPE Dual wall pipe, of equal size, bedded in #8 stone aggregate. Connections to the existing tile are to be butt jointed and wrapped with geotextile fabric. Tile size is estimated to be 18” tile with a depth of 4’. The length of repair is 10 L.F. Include price per L.F. for repairs beyond initial 10 L.F. estimate. Include Machine and labor rates for sink hole investigations. If additional repairs are needed, contractor will be paid time and materials. Fill dirt may be required, sink hole marked with orange paint. All areas (yards, sidewalks, pathways, curbs, streets, private property) disturbed/damaged during work shall be restored to pre-existing condition
