Creamery Wellhouse Renovation Project

Work generally includes: Contract No. TH1-G-2021 - General, consists of, but is not limited to include the reconstruction of the existing CMU wellhouse as well as the construction of a framed 22’x22’ addition, site work, equipment pads, and chemical feed system. Contract No. TH1-E-2021 – Electrical consists of, but is not limited to include the installation of a new electrical service, relocation of existing control panels, vfds, radio system, dialer system, furnishing a new emergency generator, all new interior and exterior lighting, including all new power and control conduits, conductors, switches, disconnects, and appurtenances, heating and ventilation equipment and all related electrical equipment.
