| Description | CR Number: 2089131 Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate a 19,000 square foot area of the first floor and a small portion of the second floor of the existing building at 10 Gannett Drive, Johnson City NY 13790 in order to create a Library Collection Management Facility. The electrical scope of work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing lighting, power and fire alarm devices, installation of new lighting, new general power distribution utilizing existing electrical panels, expansion of an modification to the existing fire alarm system as well as raceways for date and security equipment.
