56th Street Exterior Remodeling

**As of September 13, 2022, All bids received were rejected by the Board of Commissioners. Project will rebid but no definite date yet.** The Hialeah Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors interested in providing all material, labor, and equipment for the Exterior Renovations at Affordable 56th Street Buildings. Award will be made at the next scheduled Hialeah Housing Authoritys Board of Commissioner's Meeting. All bidders will be notified of the date and time of the meeting Failure on the part of the successful bidder to enter into a contract agreement with the Authority shall result in a forfeiture of their Bid Bond Questions regarding bid documents, plans or specifications must be submitted in writing no later than, July 20, 2022. Bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with HUD's Instructions to Bidders for Contracts Form HUD-5369, Clause #9. All interested parties are invited to attend. Award will be made at the next scheduled Hialeah Housing Authority's Board of Commissioner's Meeting. All bidders will be notified of the date and time of the meeting.
