Description | The Contract Documents provide for the construction of Bid 9739. The scope of work consists of providing the renovation of the City of Fort Collins City Council Areas at 300 Laporte Avenue. The work consists of renovating portions of the council CIC, conference and chambers areas. This work will need to be completed in one phase. See Attachment for the drawings. City Council functions will need to continue to operate as needed during this renovation project. There will need to be dust partitions installed and there may need to be certain portions of work (loud noises) performed outside of City business hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM). The City will do their best to work with the selected Contractor and we ask that the selected Contractor make provisions in their BID to do the same.
