| Description | Mobile Housing Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified contractor(s) interested in providing all material and labor for the installation of concrete sidewalks, driveways, retaining walls and other work that may fall under the category of masonry trades at various Mobile Housing Authority Properties. It is MHA's intention to enter into indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract(s) with one (1) or more qualified firms [the successful "Respondent(s)" or "Contractor(s)"], to provide such materials and services to the MHA. Clarification Questions and Inquiries Deadline: July 26, 2022 by 2:00 P.m., Cst The period of performance shall start immediately after execution of contract and Notice to Proceed or applicable Task Order(s) and continue for an initial period of one (1) year with up to three (3) one-year option(s) to renew MHA may reject any or all proposals. Action to reject all proposals may be taken for unreasonably high prices, error in the solicitation, cessation of need, unavailability of funds, failure to secure adequate competition, or any other reason deemed appropriate by MHA. |
