Toilet Room Alterations and Select Exterior Door Replacement

Contract No. 1 - General Construction Contract No. 2 - Plumbing Construction Susquehanna Community Jr./Sr. High School and Elementary School to receive plumbing fixture replacement in select toilet rooms and to include touchless flush valves, and lavatory faucets. Touchless accessories shall be battery operated only and not electrically wired. Existing vitreous china to be evaluated for reuse or replacement. Jr./Sr. High School alt. bid: Remove existing exterior doors, frames and hardware at entrances 3,7,&9.and replace with new aluminum and glass storefront framing, FRP doors and exit hardware.
