Y1da--Replace Condensate Tank Design Build DB

Providing design-build services necessary for designing, demolition, and constructing new air handling systems design build to replace Condensate Tank in a hospital environment in the U.S. The Malcom Randall VA Medical Center has a steam system to provide heating to the Medical Center campus. In the steam condensate system, there is a 3000- gallon Condensate Tank that is leaking at the makeup water inlet welded pipe on the top of the tank. This tank is greater than 20 years old and needs to be replaced with a new tank that has a capacity 25% greater than the existing tank capacity. All piping going in to the tank and coming out of the existing tank must be connected to the new tank. The existing Condensate Tank will be removed before the new tank is installed.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
