Remove all materials, fixtures, tiles, mirrors, urinals, toilets, and restroom partitions so that restrooms are completely baron. All items will be replaced as part of the renovations. All materials will be replaced with eco-efficiency versions as per specifications. All materials, fixtures, tiles, mirrors, urinals, toilets, and restroom partitions must be ADA approved and abide by the regulations and specifications of documents attached to this bid. The color scheme to the tile and restroom partitions and fixture style shall be designated by the Parks and Recreations representative(s).
