Description

The Montvale Elementary School HVAC System Replacement project generally consists of the demolition and replacement of the existing HVAC systems for the building(s). The project also includes limited electrical upgrades as necessary to accommodate the new mechanical equipment. The mechanical upgrades include the replacement of approximately 62 water source heat pumps and with refurbishment of the existing ventilation air-to-air heat exchangers, new heating water boilers and pumps, new cooling tower and condensing water pumps, new water source heat pump distribution pumps, and new connections to an existing BAS system.
