Contractor shall provide the goods as indicated on the pricing submission form. Purchase Type Term: 09/18/2023 - 09/30/2024 Option: 4 There will be a question and answer period. All questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail to the Purchasing Agent, identified above, no later than 5:00 P.M. (MST), August 25, 2023. Answers to all questions submitted will be posted in the form of a modification by 5:00 P.M. (MST), August 1, 2023. It will be the bidder's responsibility to read the modifications and submit signature pages reflecting the modifications. *The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts thereof, and to waive informalities or irregularities. By submission of a proposal, proposer agrees to the State of Colorado terms and conditions. |
