Construction Services for Sand Pit and 600 East Culinary Water Tanks

The work consists of the construction of two water-tight reinforced concrete buried structures with 2.3 million gallon capacity each to be used for drinking water storage located near 2538 North 300 West and 1726 North 600 East in Lehi, Utah including tank piping and valves, hatches, ladders, soil cover, vents, and appurtenances; valve manholes and box with piping, valves, etc.; inlet/outlet and overflow/drain piping; a 3,000 gpm booster pump station, a drain pump; site work including but not limited to grading, storm water piping, fencing, gate, drainage ditch, overflow line, utility relocation, clearing and tree removal, asphalt replacement, soil nail wall, fencing, connections to existing piping, storm drain boxes, access roads, and waterways. Alternate bid items will be included for both tanks to provide an AWWA D115 post-tensioned tendon tank design and construction as an alternate to the provided design for conventionally reinforced concrete.
