Description

The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments (NVCOG) intends to select qualified environmental teams to prepare Phase I, Phase II, and Phase III environmental assessments, remedial action plans, hazardous building material assessments, cleanup planning, cleanup oversight, as well as to provide related services on an on-call basis. The teams must provide expertise in implementing U.S. EPA and CT DECD funded environmental assessment projects and demonstrate familiarity with Connecticut liability relief and cleanup programs. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. The Vendor Q&A period will end on Sep 28, 2022 2:00 PM EDT
