Ensure that you comply with all provisions regarding Affirmative Action, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Bid Bonds and other bidding conditions. Note the successful bidder will be required to submit a (2) two year maintenance bond as outlined in section VII of this document. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the office of the City Clerk, 100 N. Fifth, Leavenworth, KS 66048. All bidders must have a current "Affirmative Action Approval Letter" from the City Manager's office on file with the City or their bid will not be considered.
