Diamond grind and completely vacuum 870 SQFT of flooring the Marine Emergency Building Fire Barracks to a smooth dustless state to provide a superior penetration of vapor barrier coating minimizing pits and floor imperfections floor must be compatible to ASTM C722 - 18 standards for monolithic coatings. Preparations for a Rockhard tm Elite Crete Metallic Staining process. 3. Apply 1 coat of 2-part Elite Crete E100-VB5™ Epoxy Vapor Barrier; applied at 150 SQFT per Gallon. 4. Apply 1 coat of 2-part Elite Crete E100-PT1™ Clear Epoxy HIGH WEAR/HIGH SOLID epoxy build coat, applied at 150 SQFT per Gallon. 5. Apply 1 coat of 2-part Elite Crete E100-PT1 ™ Clear Epoxy HIGH WEAR/HIGH SOLID epoxy color coat to customer choice, applied at 50 SQFT per Gallon. 6. Apply 1 coat of 2-part Elite Crete ECS-359™ HIGH WEAR/HIGH SOLID urethane top coat applied at 450 SQFT per Gallon 7. Apply 870 SQFT Aluminum Oxide with final coat for desired scratch resistance.
