Description | Submit questions as early as possible. Submissions received on or near the solicitation due date may not be addressed prior to the bid deadline. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: February 1, 2024 through February 28, 2027 (projected) Performance and payment bonds are not required for this request for proposal. A bidder may withdraw his or her bid at any time prior to the scheduled time for opening bids. AWARD OR REJECTION OF BIDS The Contract, if awarded, will be offered to the responsible bidder who has proposed the best value, subject to bidder qualification and AMCC's right to reject any or all bids and to waive informality and irregularity in the bids and in the bidding. AMCC reserves the right to award or reject any bid received at its sole discretion. Proposals are based on private sector bidding and is not considered government procurement. Bidder will comply with all applicable provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act and any other State or local laws and regulations governing minimum wages and hours The Contractor shall supply all personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, and all other items necessary to provide Pool Managementfor Owner. Services shall include clean-up, disposal of debris, report submittals, project schedules, permits, on-site coordination, and overall management of the project. Prior to work check with Owner representative on Heat Maps, Yardi Maintenance Notes and/or O&M plan to identify homes with environmental exposures. Adhere to all IIF Standards and Commitments EXAMINATION OF DOCUMENTS AND SITE OF WORK Before submitting a bid, each bidder shall examine any and all Drawings carefully, shall read the Specifications and all other proposed Contract Documents, and shall visit the site of Work. Each bidder shall fully inform himself or herself prior to bidding as to existing conditions and limitations under which the Work is to be performed, and shall include in the bid a sum to cover the cost of items necessary to perform the Work as set forth in the proposed Contract Documents. No allowance will be made to a bidder because of lack of such examination or knowledge. The submission of a bid will be considered conclusive evidence that the bidder has made such examination. |
