Description | consist of demolishing and constructing (1) new 20,000 gallon potable water storage tank and associated piping as outlined in solicitation Attachment #1 Statement of Work. Period of Performance: 08/01/2022- 03/31/2023 This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-aside. The primary NAICS code is 221310 Water Supply and Irrigation Systems and the size standard is $30 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated at: $200,000.00-$350,000.00. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed Price Construction. No legal liability on the part of the government for any payment may arise for performance under this contract beyond the amount that has been authorized through issuance of written contracts.
