The Village of Grass Lake reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make the award in the best interest of the Village of Grass Lake. Contract ID & Project Number: Lakeside Drive Lakeside Drive Culvert Replacement The Lakeside Drive culvert is located on Lakeside Drive between the western Grass Lake village limits and N. Lake Street in T2S, R2E, Section 32 within the Village of Grass Lake, Jackson County, Michigan. This culvert carries Lakeside Drive over the outlet to the lake, also known as Grass Lake. Lakeside Drive is a local village road with an average daily traffic (ADT) of less than 300 vehicles per day. Remove the existing culvert attached to the water control structure and construct a 39-foot long by 4.9- foot wide span with a 3.2-foot rise corrugated metal arch culvert attached to the water control structure. Place 157 cubic yards of a rock ramp for erosion protection as shown on the plans. All activities shall be completed in accordance with approved plans and conditions of the EGLE Permit #WRP029547, issued August 3, 2021:
