Bell Field Elementary school is an existing 47,430 square foot building with three classroom pods for Pre-K to 4th grade organized off a central commons and administrative area. The renovation work for Bell Field Elementary school involves floor, paint and ceiling finish upgrades, MEP renovations and partial lighting improvements. The scope of work includes minor renovation of two classrooms and computer lab. The majority of work will need to take place during the summer of 2023, and the summer of 2024, when the building is unoccupied. B. Type of Contract: 1.
