The system(s) shall be connected to the Government’s existing three (3) sealed catch tanks for gas gun systems. 2. Capable of processing the air in a tank in under three (3) minutes, with minimum air flow of 500 cubic feet per minute. 3. Gas and dust particles shall not escape from the unit, with a minimum face velocity of approximately 150 feet per minute. 4. Self-cleaning to include a shaker attachment with only the remaining residue emptied into the collection container, to ensure the collection filter does not clog under normal use. 5. Capable of operating while technicians are inside the tank. 6. Approved for outdoor use and weather proof 7. Not exceed a five (5) foot width by 15 foot length foot print. 8. Covered by a minimum of a five (5) year warranty. 9. The Contractor shall provide training or instruction to the TPOC on how to access, change, and secure the filter at the time of installation. Installation: 10. For installation, the Government will provide the Contractor with one (1) six (6) inch hose and blast gate for two (2) of the existing gas gun system tanks. The third (3) tank does not have a suitable connection port, and will not require the six (6) inch hose and blast gate, as it contains a free feed hose to insert manually once the tank is open while cleaning. 11. The Contractor shall deliver, uncrate, assemble, install, complete diagnostic testing, and provide instruction for use of the dust collector system to Aberdeen Proving Ground, Aberdeen, MD, 21005 12. The Contractor shall provide final site cleanup prior to departure. 13. The TPOC will approve a recommended date within five (5) days of contractor notification. 14. The Contractor shall provide Operation and Maintenance Manuals for all items listed in the salient characteristics. 15. The manuals shall include equipment descriptions, operating instructions, drawings, troubleshooting techniques, a recommended maintenance schedule, and any recommended filters or lubricants.
