Removal and Replacement of the DPW Maintenance Building Roof

The work generally consists of removing the existing flat roof, including any insulation and/or sheet metal, down to the existing concrete plank decking, replacing any broken/rotted wood blocking. Provide and install two new retrofit drains and PVC pipe leader, fabricated to match specifications, install new two layer 1-1/2 inch ISO Insulation and secure with low rise adhesive. Add 2x4 PT Nailers as required at perimeter to meet insulation height and replace damaged with new. Install new ISO cricket between drains to promote positive drainage. Fully adhere new 060 EPDM Membrane, or approved equal, to new insulation. At perimeter, provide new wall flashings and terminations as required. At edges, provide new metal gravel stop and flashing. Provide manufacturer`s standard (min 20 year) warranty. All nails used are to be stainless steel. Contractor shall guarantee workmanship for a minimum 5 years, in addition to the manufacturer`s warranty. Contractor shall provide dumpsters and properly dispose of all construction debris.
