1931-6052D Paving and Appurtenances to Serve Tamarron Section 52 and Tamarron Point Section 3 Bid security in the form of bid bonds or cashier's check payable to D.R. Horton - Texas. Ltd. on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 188 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and bidder/contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. D.R. Horton - Texas. Ltd. on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 188 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project.
