Repair Boilers 2 and 3 - Mather High School

Boiler #2 - Disassemble the 16-19 cast-iron sections of the (Weil McLain 94 series) boiler. Dye test each section for leaks. Inspect sections for cracks and corrosion. Remove and replace any cast-iron sections that are found to be no longer serviceable. Remove and replace all old gaskets/seals on each cast-iron section. Reassemble the boilers cast-iron sections. Start-up boiler and inspect to insure that all leaks have been eliminated. Clean up worksite and properly dispose of any and all debris associated with the contracted work. Boiler #3 - Disassemble the 16-19 cast-iron sections of the (Weil McLain 94 series) boiler. Dye test each section for leaks. Inspect sections for cracks and corrosion. Remove and replace any cast-iron sections that are found to be no longer serviceable. Remove and replace all old gaskets/seals on each cast-iron section. Reassemble the boilers cast-iron sections. Start-up boiler and inspect to insure that all leaks have been eliminated. Clean up worksite and properly dispose of any and all debris associated with the contracted work.
