Union Ave. Improvements Project: Scope of Work includes mill and overlay from face of curb to face of curb, street base repair as needed, addition of 6-foot sidewalks along the south/west side of Union Ave. to provide pedestrian connectivity, replacement of curb where needed according to the project plans. Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for the Work: $804,550. Comal Ave. Improvements Project: Scope of Work includes mill and overlay from face of curb to face of curb, street base repair as needed, addition of sidewalks to provide pedestrian connectivity, replacement of curb where needed according to the project plans. Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Costs for the Work: $547,969.
