The Phoenix Elementary School District #1 is a kindergarten through the 8th-grade school district in Phoenix, Arizona. It was established in 1871 as the first free public school district in Arizona. The district has thirteen K-8th grade schools and one preschool. We have two administrative sites. The district boundaries cover an area from 16th Street on the east, south of Buckeye Road on the south, past 23rd Avenue on the west, and Thomas Road on the north. Testing, preventative maintenance of, and basic repairs for all facility mechanical systems (plumbing, electrical, etc.) including basic parts/components replacement and repair of equipment. This is to include all associated labor, parts, and pieces for refrigeration and freezer units.
