Process Water Reuse Facility Utility Extension (Phase 1)

The City of Pasco, Washington is inviting and requesting bid proposals for the PWRF Utility Extension Project Phase 1. This project includes excavation, road construction, utility extensions including water, sewer, and power, and other work. This contract provides the Contractor one-hundred and ninety (190) working days to physically complete the work. All bids must be accompanied by a "Good Faith Token" in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total bid. As this is an online bidding process the Bidder's original hard-copy Bid Bond must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to the bid opening deadline. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Description: This Contract provides for the construction of a water main from the intersection of North Capitol Avenue and East Foster Wells Road to the Pasco Process Water Reuse Facility (PWRF); two sanitary sewer force mains from the PWRF access road to the PWRF; undergrounding primary power and fiber from the PWRF access road to the PWRF; access road construction; and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
