| Description | The term of the proposed solid waste services contract is five (5) years with the County retaining unilateral right of renewal for authorizing an extension for a subsequent five (5) year period at the discretion of the County. Private sector to provide staffing, and equipment for the operations and management of the County's solid waste services. These services will include; but, may not be limited to the following: 1. Collection of MSW from the County's eight (8) convenience centers. 2. Collection of recyclable materials from the County's eight (8) convenience centers. 3. Collection of MSW from at least six (6) other County facilities 4. Collection of solid waste from fifteen (15) Yadkin County school facilities. 5.
