Repair Maintenance Hangar, Bldg 700, Joint Base Charleston

The project is for the repair and renovation of Building 700, a 96,000-sf hangar facility for aircraft maintenance located at Joint Base Charleston, Air Base, SC. The intended scope of this project is to construct a new elevated HVAC platform at the south end of the southern-most one story structure. The intended scope for design is for the upgrade / repair of the fire alarm system. The electrical system shall also be modified as required to support any changes to the existing fire suppression foam system and HVAC systems
