| Description | This project provides the infrastructure for the electrical power and controls distribution for the ship lift system. A new ship lift control building is required inclusive of building structure and environmental systems. The control building is a two-story structure with a basement wiring vault underneath. The first floor contains electrical equipment to serve ship lift, pier power and shore-to-ship power. The second floor is a control room for operation of the ship lift system. This bid shall include installation of the ship lift motor control center and providing and installing power / control cabling for the ship lift system. Distribution of ship lift cabling and miscellaneous power to the pier will be required and new cable trays and sleeves installed in piers and trenches. |
