The North Garage is a five-level structure constructed in 1997. The South Garage is a six-level structure constructed in 2000. Access to the South Garage is provided at the ground level and at the fifth level. The University commissioned a condition assessment and structural evaluation for each garage, which concluded that, while the structures are both in good condition, certain repairs were recommended. The University has utilized a phased approach to completing the repairs. This project compromises the third phase of the repairs and will focus primarily on the lower and mid-levels of each of the two garages at the Storrs Campus 103 N.
