Install a commercial kitchen at 301 N. Farragut Street, Bay City 48708. Qualified proposals must address the following: Supply labor, materials and equipment to complete the following breakdown of work: Purchase and installation of stainless steel work table with 12” deep prep sink and heavy duty faucet with deck mount, 10” swing spout and adjustable undershelf and drawer. Purchase and installation of stainless steel overshelf approximately 60”w x 12”d. Purchase and installation of wall mounted stainless steel hand sink with gooseneck heavy duty faucets and wrist blades. Purchase and installation of 1000 watt medium duty microwave with stainless steel door and warranty. Purchase and installation of three compartment stainless steel sink with heavy duty faucet and twist handle lever waste and basket strainer. Purchase and installation of stainless steel wall mounted microwave shelf with electric cord cutout. Purchase and installation of wall-mounted stainless steel shelving. Installation of commercial grade ice maker with bin, water filtration system and parts and labor warranty. Purchase and installation of floor mounted mop sink with heavy duty service faucet hose, skirted sides, service faucet with vacuum breaker and utility tool holder with warranty. Purchase and installation of dry shelving for food storage. Removal and disposal of one door and its hardware; existing VCT and base in vestibule, janitors closet and kitchen; remove existing cabinets; remove existing acoustical panels on the vestibule ceiling; sawcut, remove and repair concrete floor for new grease trap. Install two new doors and hardware into existing frames; install 64 square foot FRP adjacent to new mop sink. Install new drywall in vestibule ready for paint; paint existing walls and ceilings in vestibule, janitor closet, kitchen/closet; paint new doors and existing frames. Install new VCT in vestibule, and kitchen/closet. Install new grease trap. Install Six (6) 120 volt duplex outlets along the kitchen. Install two (2) 120 volt duple outlets. Install new emergency light. Install 120 volt 30 amp outlet for steam table in gym. Install two (2) 120 volt outlets in vestibule. Install 120 volt 20 amp for ice maker. Replace the vestibule light with new 4” LED light. Install 120 volt outlets in kitchen. install 120 volt outlet for microwave in kitchen. Install new lights in kitchen. Surface mount EMT conduit. Removal and disposal of all existing items that are replaced. Provide to owner a 15 year materials and labor warranty. Dispose of all job debris in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations. Permits, supervision/layout, dust protection, dumpsters, general and final clean-up of site. Include all taxes and insurances in the proposal.
