Olive and Orchard (Local Road reconstruction and Stormwater) - 94532272 - City of Lees Summit

This project will reconstruct Orchard from Olive to Douglas, reconstruct Olive from Orchard to Chipman, and install stormwater infrastructure in the area. Olive and Orchard are mapped as ta bike/ped route in the City's Greenway Master Plan to provide a safe connection to Chipman Road at a signalized intersection. The streets will be rebuilt as improved urban streets with curb, gutter, sidewalks, enclosed stormwater systems, and pavement to accommodate mixed, local traffic. This project is in included in the City of Lees Summit FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of JUly 22, 20224, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
